Return Window
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Items sent back past this window will not be accepted.
Item Condition
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds & Processing
- We will inspect your item once we receive it.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.
- Approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
How to Start a Return
