1. Domestic Shipping Only
- We only ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing and Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a notification if a high volume of orders causes a shipment delay.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- PowKow, LLC does not offer free shipping.
- All shipping charges are paid by the buyer.
- Shipping fees are calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout.
- Standard transit time takes [Insert Number, e.g., 3–7] business days after processing.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order ships.
- This email will contain your tracking number(s).
- The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of generation.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
- PowKow, LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
- If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
